The system understands natural language and continuously learns the terminology and workflows specific to each team and facility. Global presets switch the entire room to repeatable configurations with a single tap, and users can create and customize their own without programming expertise.
Smart Diagnostics: Continuous monitoring of every connected device surfaces potential issues early, translates complex technical data into plain language, and guides users through step-by-step resolution. Common fixes can be executed directly from the controller without calling a technician, minimizing downtime and keeping spaces operational.
Personalized Guidance: The system learns how each organization works, adapts to individual user preferences over time, and provides context-aware tutorials, smart recommendations, and creative suggestions for scene configurations, audio settings, and room setups.
